We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions - Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads and promote new products or promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, but not required.
- Sales experience or knowledge of sales techniques is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including hourly pay plus commission for upselling.
