1K a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago The Entry Level Construction Assistant position is responsible for assisting the Project Managers by coordinating the planning, development, and execution of projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing estimates, purchase orders, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Complete any task assigned by the team of Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner.
- Work directly with Project Managers to help implement project goals.
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution.
Applicant Qualities:
- You are a self starter who has strong organizational skills, and most importantly a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- You have the ability to collaborate, learn project management skills and partner effectively with team members.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to directly interact with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
