Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including sandwiches, salads, and hot food items - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times - Handle cash transactions and operate the Aloha POS system - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory management and restocking of deli items Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Strong food preparation skills, including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling sandwiches, and preparing salads - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and customer service skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
